Flex our physical size to suit your party and its makeup, singles and couples, adults and children, from 1 to 14 in number, we are priced accordingly. You don't have to settle for the wrong size accommodations to get location. Choose not only the beds you desire, but the rooms as well.
Plus, we are in a better location than the hotels. East side. Away from the rail yards and its night noise. Walk to everywhere downtown without the three block hike past all the rooms you didn't rent and can't do you any good now. Be closer to groceries, ATM's, services, the State Wine Store, and the 200 or so restaurants locals prefer to the hotel zone, without being farther from anything that brought you here.
Take advantage of the TRAX light rail, the backbone of our Public Transportation system, and the adjacent free ride zone. Shop at the new world-class City Creek Complex or charming Trolley Square. Get your groceries at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or 3 other new and walk-to major grocers. Use UTA's ski shuttles to the major resorts. Take in a Jazz game, Utes football, or many downtown festivals, there's almost always something going on, and you can save all or most of the car rental and parking fees by basing right here.
Our following choices are all corner units and subject to availability. Each has a bath with tub with shower, except as noted, a generously equipped kitchen, dining area, TV, and scads of information about the area, well-organized for quick reference to help you get the most out of your visit without wasted steps. These are adjacent units on consecutive floors (2nd and 3rd floors), which make all combinations intimate enough for your group size, yet private enough for the singles and couples within your group or family.
Choose up to six units to suit your party size and sleeping arrangements. The more units you book (for the same dates), the higher your degree of discount. A single unit for a couple or single person runs $90-$120/night, A package of all six units is available as low as $380/night. If you require, a twin can be added to units E, F, or G, for $30/night.

Groceries, ATM's, pharmacies, day spas, all the services you may need or want, as well as the LDS Temple, the Convention Center, and many of the local attractions you'll want to visit, begin at our front door. We are two blocks from the nearest TRAX stop in the Free Ride Zone at the Main Library, and four from the Gallivan plaza stop on Main. These provide free transit to the business district's west side, the Public Transportation Hub, and the outlying Gateway Shopping complex near the rail yards. You can borrow our 10-speeds for getting around, or use our golf clubs to play any of 50 challenging courses, under $50 with a cart, open year round when the weather cooperates. A Mail Express office handles your package shipping right across the street, a perfect alternative to airline baggage handling and fees.
